The country’s premier construction trade show series officially opened its doors today at the SMX Convention Center Manila and the SM MOA Concert Grounds. Running from June 25 to 28, 2026, PHILCONSTRUCT 2026 brings together industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders to advance infrastructure development, enhance access to global supplies, and elevate competitive skills among Filipino builders and business owners.
Organized by the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), the landmark event continues its decades-long legacy of driving growth within the construction sector to support the nation’s economic aspirations. This year’s edition takes on a profound significance under the theme “Responsible Construction for a Resilient Philippines,” emphasizing sustainability, integrity, and disaster resilience in city development.
Beyond the exhibition floors, the event is hosting TechnoForum, a highly anticipated knowledge-sharing seminar series where industry experts, practitioners, and business leaders are gathering to discuss the challenges, trends, and opportunities shaping the construction landscape in the Philippines and the wider ASEAN region.
“The success and longevity of PHILCONSTRUCT is not because of one person or one organization alone,” said Engr. Emilio “Lilit” Tumbocon, Chairman of the Philconstruct Events, Exhibitions and Conferences Corp. (PEECC), during the opening ceremonies. “It is the result of an entire industry choosing, year after year, to continue supporting one another, collaborating, innovating, and believing in the future of the Philippines.”
The massive, dual-venue showcase offers a comprehensive look at the future of the industry, gathering over 1,000 local and international exhibitors and brands. Indoors at the SMX Convention Center Manila, visitors are exploring a vast marketplace of construction innovations, building materials, architectural designs, and digital solutions. The indoor venue also hosts HVAC/R Philippines, a specialized co-located event showcasing the latest in energy-efficient climate control and indoor air quality systems. Simultaneously, the expansive outdoor display at the SM MOA Concert Grounds features heavy commercial equipment, industrial vehicles, and live machinery demonstrations.
“For nearly four decades, PCA and PHILCONSTRUCT have remained committed to bringing the industry together — creating opportunities, strengthening partnerships, encouraging innovation, and helping build a stronger and more resilient Philippines,” stated Engr. Gerardo “Jerry” Pancho, President of the PCA, Inc.
“This year’s theme, ‘Responsible Construction for a Resilient Philippines,’ reminds us that what we build goes beyond structures,” added Ar. Lesley Villanueva, 1st Vice President of the PCA. “We help build communities, livelihoods, opportunities, and a stronger future for the next generation. As we officially open PHILCONSTRUCT 2026, may the next few days bring meaningful conversations, new partnerships, fresh opportunities, and maybe even a little inspiration for all of us.”
PHILCONSTRUCT 2026 runs daily from today through Sunday. Industry professionals, buyers, and trade visitors can register at the venue registration counters to secure their admission and take part in shaping the future of Philippine infrastructure.
