“Magic: The Gathering Virtual Art Exhibition” to open Friday, 18 February
A new sensory exhibition that takes you into the world of Magic: The Gathering
in VR or on your PC 83 artists will participate including Tetsuo Hara and other leading Japanese artists
Wizards of the Coast (headquartered in Renton, Washington, United States; Chris Cocks, CEO), a global game company that produces and markets Magic: The Gathering (“Magic” below), the original strategy trading card game with more than 40 million players and fans worldwide, announced that along with the release of its new set “Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty,” the “Magic: The Gathering Virtual Art Exhibition – 83 Artists who Drew the World of Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty” will be open to the public from 18 February 2022. The exhibition will allow viewers to experience the wonderful art of Magic – one of its strengths – with a new VR viewing experience. This exhibition can also be enjoyed on a PC (Windows only). at https://mtg-kamigawa-vr.art.
The VR Exhibition will be available in selected Asian countries (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand) in WPN (Wizards Play Network) stores from 18 to 24 February 2022 (store opening hours apply). Events technology company One World Rental is the VR hardware partner for the exhibition.

In conjunction with the release of the new Magic: The Gathering set “Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty” on Friday, February 18th, the “Magic: The Gathering Virtual Art Exhibition – 83 Artists who Drew the World of Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty” will start the same day. It will be an interactive art exhibition that allows viewers to actively enjoy the art through VR and gameplay elements. One can enjoy the experience of going around the exhibition while talking with other participants around the world remotely from home via PC or VR device.
